1. Platform Nature

Pakistan Thrift Hub ("we", "our", "platform") operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting verification-approved sellers with buyers. We are a facilitator of transactions, not the direct manufacturer of goods.

Important Disclaimer: Preloved Goods

By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are buying used (preloved/thrifted) shoes from independent thrifters. While we implement a strict verification process to ensure sellers are legitimate and items meet our quality standards, these are not brand new items directly from a factory.

Please be aware that:

  • All items are sold "as is" based on the condition rating provided.
  • Minor wear, aging (especially on vintage pairs), and lack of original packaging are expected.
  • Pakistan Thrift Hub is not responsible if an item does not meet your specific personal expectations regarding fit, comfort, or subjective quality, provided it matches the seller's description.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of thrifted goods, All Sales Are Final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or "change of mind".

Exceptions are only made if:

  • The item received is significantly different from the listing description (e.g., wrong size sent, major damage not disclosed).
  • The item is proven to be counterfeit when listed as "Original".

3. Shipping & Delivery

We facilitate nationwide delivery across Pakistan via third-party courier services. Delivery times typically range from 3-5 business days. Pakistan Thrift Hub is not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
