Due to the unique nature of the thrift and preloved market, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues, "change of mind", or minor imperfections that are typical of used items.
Why do we have this policy?
Buying preloved is fundamentally different from buying brand new retail items. You are purchasing a unique, often vintage, piece with a history. Our sellers work hard to curate and describe items accurately, but minor imperfections are part of the thrift experience.
Accepting returns would significantly increase operational costs (shipping, handling, re-verification), making it impossible for our independent sellers to offer these competitive prices. This strict policy ensures fairness and sustainability for our seller community.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes. You are protected under our Buyer Guarantee only if:
- The item received is significantly different from the listing description (e.g., you ordered a Size 42 but received a Size 39).
- The item has major undisclosed damage (e.g., sole separation, large tears) that was not visible in photos or mentioned in the description.
- The item is proven to be counterfeit when it was sold as "Original".
Note: Disagreement on subjective condition ratings (e.g., you think it's an 8/10 but seller listed as 9/10) is not grounds for a return.
Common Questions
Can I return if it doesn't fit?
No. We strongly urge you to check size labels and ask the seller for measurements (insole length, chest width, etc.) before purchasing. Sizes vary by brand and era (vintage fits differently), so "It doesn't fit" is not a valid reason for return.
What if the box is damaged?
Original boxes for thrifted shoes are often damaged or missing. Unless the seller specifically promised a "Mint Condition Box", box damage is not grounds for a return.
How do I report an issue?
If you believe your case falls under our exceptions, please contact our support team or the seller within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with unboxing video proof.
