Mehndi outfits are the textbook case: colour-locked, worn once, photographed forever — they circulate between families season to season, and now they can circulate between verified strangers too. How a swap works.

Pick the outfit you want, propose one to three of your own against it, and talk it over in chat. The owner accepts, counters with a different combination, or declines. Agree on dated (both outfits come home after the event, with the same condition photos and calendar locking as a rental) or permanent (it's a trade — both items retire from your listings and start fresh if the new owner relists). Reviews flow both ways after.

Swaps are value-matched by agreement, not by us — if the maths doesn't feel even, say so in chat, offer two items against one, or just rent instead. No pressure mechanics, no credits system, no games.
